Nathan Oakes, Senior Pastor
 
Pastor Nathan Oakes was born 1963 in Indianapolis, IN. At the age of 9 he moved with his family to Allen County, KY. July of 1983 he married Michele Wagoner Oakes. After years of drug and alcohol abuse, Pastor Nathan gave his life to the Lord at Maple Grove Church in 1983. God restored his life and marriage and a short time later Pastor Nathan announced his call to preach God’s word. He attended Emmanuel Bible College in Nashville, TN; served as Associate Pastor at New Hope Church in Westmoreland, TN for 2 ½ years and then the Pastor of Friendship Church in Alvaton, KY for 2 years. In 1993 Pastor Nathan became the founding Pastor of Victory Hill Ministries. His passion is to share the Word of God and to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Pastor Nathan, his wife Michele, daughter Ashley, and son Colton currently reside in Allen County. July of 2010 he gave Ashley away to be wedded to Ryne Towe.
 
 
 
 
Brian Michael O`Callaghan, Worship Pastor
 
Brian-Michael O’Callaghan was born June 6, 1987, in Fort Myers, Florida to Brian and Marti O’Callaghan. He’s the grandson of Bobby Calvert, Pastor of Sonshine Worship Center in Fort Myers. Being raised in church, he was saved and baptized at the age of eight. The following year his family moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky where he currently resides.
Brian-Michael started playing piano at twelve years of age. At thirteen he started singing and playing in church and entered a full-time position at Victory Hill Ministries as Worship Pastor at the age of nineteen.
Conferences, youth camps and revivals in multiple states splash his calendar. Brian also enjoys doing charitable and community events when time permits. Brian and his wife Katie were married in January 2012.
Brian Michael’s most recent recording projects are “Take You Through The Fire” and “Turn The Tide”.
 
 
Kellie Harris, Small Groups Pastor
 
Kellie Catlett Harris was born in 1961 in Danville, KY. At the age of 10 years, she moved with her family to Murfreesboro, TN. While attending MTSU, Kellie met her husband Bobby. They were married in 1986. Kellie and Bobby moved from Murfreesboro to Oakland, KY in 1989.
 
Kellie was raised in a loving Christian home, she was saved and baptized at the age of 8 years old. Being an active part of the churches that her family attended has been a way of life for her. 
After Kellie and Bobby were married, they have served together wherever God has led them. In the fall of 2002, their family began attending VHM. Kellie also serves as VHM's women's ministry leader. Kellie, her husband Bobby, son Kaleb and daughter Kallie reside in Allen County, KY.
 
Trey Harper, Youth Pastor
 
Trey Harper was born in 1983 and grew up in Allen County, Kentucky. Trey was saved and baptized at the age of 7. At the age of 18 Trey received his call to the ministry. He graduated from Allen County Scottsville High School in 2001. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. In 2010 he received his Masters Degree in School Counseling from WKU. Trey is currently the guidance counselor at Highland Elementary in Glasgow, Kentucky.Trey served as the Associate Pastor at Pleasant Ridge Church in Adolphus, KY for two years before coming to Victory Hill to serve as the College Pastor. In 2006, Trey married his wife Mallory. Together, they pastored Victory Kid City from 2010 until early 2012. Now they are serving together in the VHM youth ministry Unashamed. They have two boys, Ivan and Henry. The Harper family resides in Allen County.
 

 

 Brandi Hughes, First Impressions Pastor

Brandi Hughes was born on July 10, 1983 in Ft.Myers, FL.   She moved to Kentucky in 1986 where she has resided since. She graduated high school from Christian Liberty Academy (satellite school) in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Brandi is married to her husband Josh and has two boys, David and Jacob. She enjoys being a stay at home mom and wife. Brandi feels that her passion is to encourage people and has found that to be a perfect fit for the First Impression Ministry at Victory Hill.
